Level 8’s collaboration and voice solutions leverage our open source heritage. We design and deploy pure open source solutions built on Asterisk and sipXcom, to enterprise level UCC, voice and video solutions as one of the country’s few Elite eZuce partners. We often work directly with eZuce’s solutions architects and engineers to design and install solutions geared towards todays mobile, distributed workforce.
Our voice and collaboration designs utilizing the eZuce product line can handle hundreds to many thousands of employees leveraging an opens standards based solution deployable in clusters that can be on-premise, in the cloud or hybrid. Built on sipXcom, eZuce voice and UCC solutions can be designed for a large group of employees in a single location to groups of employees spanning national and international locations. Our designs can build in redundant as well as highly available architectures to cover any mission critical enterprise voice and collaboration need. And, a rich set of REST API’s allows for enterprise business process integration.
eZuce's product line also includes Viewme and Reachme. The eZuce Viewme video conferencing solution is a completely software based, multi-point, high-definition, hybrid-cloud based, video and web collaboration solution for PCs (Windows, Mac or Linux) and mobile devices (iOS and Android) using the H.264 standard and bridging to H.323 and SIP devices. Reach is their contact center solution that helps customers find the right person, with the right skills, at the right time. Reachme ensures quick and responsive help for all of your customers needs. A new generation of multi-media and multi-channel contact center solution, Reachme is built as a software application and is administered as part of the IT infrastructure. The Reachme solution has all the features agents and supervisors need to make them more productive. It is a lightweight, easy to administer, and open standards based call center solution.
Level 8 utilizes best in class hardware products from Polycom and Yealink as well as hardware and software session border control (SBC) products from Frafos and Sangoma. Unlike many of todays UCC vendors, our solutions built with eZuce’s products are open standards based and are able to leverage industry leading non-proprietary hardware products. This allows CIO/CFO’s to consider a UCC/voice/video solution that grows and adapts with the organization, is open standards based, is light on infrastructure and hardware expenses, and protects the organizational investment long term.
Installation & Support
With a converged IT approach, Level 8 can reach deep into the network architecture, from structured cabling, to full network design, installation and maintenance. Our network and collaboration engineers have world-class project management skills and can handle single site, to multi-site and even international roll-outs including staff augmentation. We can also handle the outsourcing of voice and data circuit management and we can bring business process integration to the table to solve unique organizational needs via a single vendor.
Our support staff can handle tier 1 (user level) help desk outsourcing and/or tier 2 (internal staff) support to keep the day to day operation and maintenance of your collaboration system in line with organizational needs.
